At OOE, designers and developers work closely together as one to make magic happen - often with the aim of creating unicorns and magical rainbows - especially when all kinds of Experience Designers work for the greater good. Every person involved in OOE developments, designer and developer alike, are Experience Designer. And only so does it becomes easier to create something awesome.
Location, exterior and interior are important factors to the customers OOE strives to contribute to a better future by developing sustainable housing, premises and urban environments. We only have one standard – and that is “excellence".

Kok Hui has more than 15 years of corporate management experience in listed and private entities with business operations over North and South Asia; wealth of experience in property investment fund investing in emerging and developing markets.

His passion for buildings that offer their users a true holistic experience is evident in his design; understanding beauty between drawn space and actual construction. He has designed several hospitality and premium projects both locally and in the region.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
teo boon Kiat
Educated in Architecture, Boon Kiat approaches Interior Design from the volumetric spatial experiences instead of superficial 2 dimensional add-ons. Extensive experience designing high end furniture retail businesses, hospitality and corporate projects.
